How do I uninstall/unenroll from Felt?

Please navigate to the Felt home screen either on your app or on the web at https://member.felt.clinic/home and tap on the sign out button.

​

Then send an email to unenroll (at) felt.clinic from the email you had used to create your Felt account. You will receive a unenrollment completed email in 24-48 hours.

​

You may delete the app on your device at any time. No other steps are needed.
